Support multiple stores for users

I have a requirement for my client that any user can come and register to our site for create there own store. Something like a minisite. Here user can add products to thire store and any one can buy form here.  Webmaster can see all user's products and other details.
I would like to know that is joomla virtumart providing any such extensions that meet my requirement.
Or how can i do the above fuintionlity using virtuemart?
Please help me to asap!
