Remove The notification from virtuemart to appear

It looks like you are using template overrides as that is not the normal VirtueMart layout, and that is not a standard VirtueMart info box. Changing your Joomla template to  Beez should show the difference, as that will give the default layout (unless the VM core files have been edited).

but I am using a different layout than Beez that I bought. Isent there a way just so that this messages dont show?

You will need to ask the template provider. We cannot know what he did with the code to make that alert - it is not part of the normal VirtueMart 2 code.
