VMCustom - textareainput problem

I'm not sure if this is the right place, but I'm having a problem with virtuemart 2.

On the backend I added a plugin called VMCustom - textareainput and I enabled it.
My problem is that when I go to the product I get this error

Fatal error: Call to undefined method plgVmCustomTextareainput::getCustomParams() in /home/offthesh/public_html/prelaunch/plugins/vmcustom/textareainput/textareainput.php on line 71

I have tried looking on the internet but I haven't had any luck

I suppose you have the third party plugin supplied by daycounts.com. In this case I would suggest to ask your question in the daycounts forum again. Check if you have the latest versions of the plugin. The latest VirtueMart version at the time of writing this is 2.0.20b.
