change product price depending on other products in cart

hi

im going to have a product A for sale and additional products (maybe from custom fields)

but i want to offer a support option which will be 20% of all the above products

such as 2 of product A
5  additional products
= £1000

and the support option will be £200 (20%)

any ideas how i can implement this
