VM2 Donations Plugin: Add user-entered amount to product price

Dear all,

This is the support forum for my free VirtueMart 2 plugin "VM2 Donations Plugin":

It allows the user to add any donation amount to the price of a product and it can also be used to sell products, where the buyer determines the price.
Typical use cases are:

• Let users add a custom donation amount the product's price
• Let a user completely define the price of a product
