Wraping up modifications

Hey guys,
i have sometime now that i am working on a latest VirtueMart(2.0.18) installation for my first time and i have made some modification in order to develop some needs of mine. I have add a table in the db, some modifications at some template files and also in the cart helper. My question is how can i wrap those modification in a package so i can deliver it to potential customers? Should i create a plugin, some sort of module or just a patch? What is the best approach to go with?
