What is the "Strict Standards" notification after install

Hello everybody.

didn't find the requirments for VM 2.0.16, so I installed it on Joomla 2.5.9, based on XAMPP 1.7.7(Mysql 5.5.16, Apache 2.2.21)
After first installation I've seen such notifications:

Using 5.3.8. Where can i find minimum requirments for VM2.018?

Interesting, I did not see thise strict warnings with PHP 5.3.8

The requirements are the same as for Joomla 2.5 although best to use PHP5.3+  - http://www.joomla.org/technical-requirements.html
