Pay hourly for help finishing e commerce sit upgrade to 2.0

Looking for someone that will work hourly somewhat side by side is my preference as i'd like to bang this out the old site is www.mistandmore.com new site is www.mistandmore.com/upgrade  if we can work together well i'd like to upgrade www.mosquitoesandmore.com to joomla as well for both our sake it's best that i pay hourly on this and that we somewhat work hand in hand so you don't cut yourself short please email me Bill@mistandmore.com with some previous work you've done / resume whatever.  I really want to get this site live by early next week.

Realestate at the top black area shrunk to not takeup as much space
Shipping sizes and weights didn't transfer over for all products need help using csvi to get those transfered
Have an Add products button right in the category area instead of having to go into the details of each product
Add pictures to the scroller
Make default view show all products
Create stationary categories bar on left that doesn't move
