Alternate VM2 checkout

I am in need of an alternate checkout button / plugin that will allow a customer to check out by selecting either the standard method OR the with the plugin that should provide customers a second checkout button just below the existing one with a few other coding requirements to be explained.

Looking for functionality of the plugin and not CSS work as I will be taking care of this. Inquirers should be familiar with VM2 plugins and coding as I am also experienced with some of this process, but need to focus on other projects. Potential to re-hire for other projects if coding work is acceptable, on time and affordable.
