How to add extra_field_4 and 5 values?

Hi,
tried adding values to extra_field_4 and got this error when saving:



        vmError: TableUserinfos::modify table - Unknown column 'extra_field_4' in 'mm2_virtuemart_userinfos' SQL=ALTER TABLE `mm2_virtuemart_userinfos` CHANGE extra_field_4 extra_field_4 VARCHAR(255)

Is there any tutorial how to use the extra_field_4 and 5 which are SELECT fields. How does it work? Is multi-select possible or only one choice? How do I add the values and save them so that they actually are save and I don't get an error.

I'm using VM2.0.16. and J2.5.8.
