[ SOLVED ] Ask Question fatal error

hello all,

i am using joomla 2.5 and VM latest version 2.0.18a and when i click "Ask a question about this product" and fill the form and when i click to submit its shows error like
Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_strlen() in
/home/productdetails.php on line 74
