Custom field with "stockable variant plugin"

Hi!

i've tryed to add a custom field because i need a variant value (color and/or size).

I've create a custom field with "stockable variant plugin" of virtuemart but when i insert a product i don't see se value.

I use this setting:

Custom Field Type: Select Plug-ins
Title: Size & Colour
Published: Yes
Parent: No, you can set this later if you know what you doing
Cart Attribute: Yes
Description: The size & colour of the item
Default: Leave blank for now
Tooltip: Please select size and colour
Layout position: Leave blank for now
Admin only: No
Is a list?: No
Hidden: No
Select a plug-in: VM - Custom, stockable variants

Then

Option name: Size
Option value:
M;
S;
L;

and try too with:
M
S
L


My question is: Why don't appear the value that i've insert in custom field of virtuemart when i try to add a product?
