If you meaning the backend template files, then is located under joomla_root_folder\administrator\components\com_virtuemart\views\product\tmpl\product_edit_price.php

The files are located under: virtuemart/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/helpers/calculationh.php & currencydisplay.php
But as Max said is one of the most complex parts in vm2
