How to disable the stock options?

Hello,

i wan't to diasable the stock option. Is here someone who can tell me how i could solve this?

I get allways a message that the article will be out of stock.

I just select Products Out of Stock are orderable, no special action in shopfront configuration  and make sure that for availability image I select
- Select image - - I used to use a 1px blank image for availability but now just removing the entry is good enough..
