How to Do This?

Not sure how to handle this, but have a site where people pay for time to "talk" to a professional.  So essentially they pay for the time and then I need for them to receive the contact information that they paid for. We had wanted to edit the order email that the customer receives, but it wasn't clear how to do that. Can someone recommend the best mechanism for passing on the contact information after payment is received. Should be version 2.x
