upgraded to 2.0.14 - base prices gone

hello
ive just upgraded from 2.08 to 2.0.14
i used to see base prices in category and product details pages

i want to show
base price
discounted price

but base price is not showing now
and it was showing on the old version
even if i choose in the prices both to show its showing only the discounted

Base price should on;y be seen in FE by a logged in admin. If using template overrides these will need updating.  Live update info shows the changes between version output:  http://virtuemart.net/index.php?option=com_content&id=416

is there a way to show the base price to the customer
as i show it as full price and discounted price in my shop
