White window when clic Ask a Question over a product

Hi,
after reading the post of Ask a question, can not find anyone with the following error.
When clicking Ask a Question bottom, the window is open, is a white window with no content. I updated the installation, languages​​, activate/desactivate Ask a question option in backend, but problem is here.

If next url, you clic blue bottom "haga una pregunta", will see white window . Also attach img

Template is Joomlabamboo ,  and I've been posting with them but we don't find that error will be in the Bamboo template
Joomla!.: 5.2.8
Virtuemart.: 2.0.14
Php 5.3

I notice that you are laoding two versions of jQuery -

<script src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.8.2/jquery.min.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.7/jquery.min.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

You should only load one, so turn one of them off. Then check the site again.

Anything in the server error logs?

In any case try using the Beez5 template instead to see if the window populates OK.

what happens when you disable the template override?

thanks for your attention.

I have done the following task, but window white is there

» Jquery.
disconnect in template, and only one jquery is loaded
» Overrides
Layout for your home page , select "no overrides"


I have te following task , and window ask a question Work Ok

»Beez2
Select Beez2 template default

Apache display some errors  , I have attached a pdf

Any indication is grateful
