Discount rounding issue

Thank god ive solved the tax rounding issue. Now a new problem.

I think this one isnt solvable but just needs a little explanation or an update in the next release.
This one is about a rounding issue in the discount price. (for both coupon discount and discount trough price calculation.)

The numbers how they are now:

Product X regular price: €99,95
Discount 10%: €9,99
Discounted price: €89,96

How it should be:

Product X regular price: €99,95
Discount 10%: €10
Discounted price: €89,95

Correct me if im wrong but rounding 9,995 should make 10 and not 9,99.
