how to create a child category!??

i want to make a sub category..but in Product Categories when i click new i can't see option to select parent category...
i want to create a category with three subcategory!
i can't believe VM has no option to do this!!

When creating a new sub category under "Category Ordering" select the parent category.

sorry ..
in real mean i want to creat a child category..which when you enter it see more categories not products!!
ordering just Order all categories!! i want two level category!!
