Price calculation on child categories

Hi.
I entered a discount for a specific Product Category and Shopper Groups and works fine. I need to apply this discount also to all child categories.

I made a raw patch which scans for child categories. The recursive scan is now conditioned by a temporary if. In case I get more time in the future I can try to implement this into the DB as well

I hope some DEV can pick this up and share suggestion or improve and integrate it into the main code.
