"Confirm order" doesn't work

Today I installed plugin that shows cart in one page

You can see the result http://www.handmode.ru/component/virtuemart/cart.html?Itemid=0

But since that the button "Confirm order" doesn't work (if I fill all fields)

Please, help me what was wrong and how I can correct it?
