after upgrade to joomla 2.5 and virtuemat 2 from 1.5 and 1.1 no front end

I went through the whole upgrade process as mentioned in this forum, everything seemed to go well upgraded virtuemart back end works perfectly all products, categories and  images imported properly. Entered all the shop fields, when I go to the front end the only viruemart module working is categories, menu everything works well but after if any category is clicked I get this error:
The website encountered an error while retrieving http://test.com/update/jupgrade/index.php/occassions/anniversaire. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

update/jupgrade/index.php/component/virtuemart/plantes   everything seems ok with the url

Anybody have any ideas of what might be the problem?
