Fixing url

I installed a "quickstart" template of a site, but some Virtuemart url are wrong.

For example when I click on the Virtuemart menu and Shopping cart, the url is:

http://mydomain.com/index.php/virtuemart/shopping-cart
instead of
http://mydomain.com/virtuemart/shopping-cart

How to fix it please ?

We are not clairvoyant, without more information nobody can tell you how to fix it.................

Tell us the Joomla and VirtueMart versions and what your current SEF settings are.,

And provide a live site url.

You can ask your template vendor or just read some joomla tutorials about menu's and SEF urls.
