Direct Sales Website Set-Up... Suggestions?

I have a client who is building a company that finds consultants to sell their product. We would like a website where customer's choose their consultant/sales rep (via some sort of drop down or similar function). When they choose the name of their consultant/sales rep, it re-directs them to essentially that reps e-commerce website. So if there are 100 sales reps... then the site will essentially have 100 different e-commerce stores that are identical EXCEPT each one is associated with a given sales rep.

Any thoughts on how to do this with a combo of Joomla and Virtuemart platforms?
