Shipment for Virtual Products - download link

Hello,
I've a problem with VirtueMart Extensions: Shipment for Virtual Products.

I'm trying to test your extension - Payment method: Paypal (VM Payment, Paypal); Shipment method: Download (VM Shipment, By weight, ZIP and countries) - but, in the confirmed email, there isn't any link for download product.

Could you help me please?

I installed only the plgvm_istraxx_download_vm2.0.6_1.3.zip version, not the st42_download1.0.6.zip. Is that right?!

My Joomla version is 2.5.6

Finally you got the idea to just use the email you got the invoice from. I added this hint to http://extensions.virtuemart.net/support-updates .

Sometimes the contact form does not work. We do not understand yet the problem. We tested it very differently, but were not able to find the problem with it. Maybe the reply email is blacklisted on the way and the whole thing blocked. We cannot see how it is connected to us.

Sometimes the user just did not enter a reply-to address, that happened also. Regarding the problem, please read the second line of this thread http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=78322.0

Regarding the istraxx for example i tried to contact the official email that the paypal was registered and i have no response until now.

Where should i find support for this plugin?

Go to : MY ACCOUNT -> YOUR ORDERS
AND CLICK IN YOUR BLUE Order Number to have the 2 files to install
and after go to tuto :

INSTALLATION
1. Install the plugin with the Joomla Extension Manager
2. Enable the plugin named "Downloadable Medien" with the Plug-in Manager
3. Go to the menu Products > Custom Fields
4. Create a new custom field, choose "Custom Field Type" "Plugin", choose "product download". Give it a title and set "Cart Attribute" to yes. Press save/store.
(you need todo this only one time).

HOW TO USE IT
1. Go in VirtueMart administration, choose the menu Shop > Media Files.
2. Create a new media. Set the role to "for Sale". Set the "Image Action" to "Upload" and press save/store.

3. Add the new customfield to your product, choose one of the uploaded file
