Next button cut off in Firefox

The Next button when checking out with IE looks fine in the center of the page. But using Firefox (14.x) it is off to the right and only about half of it is showing.

I can't tell which PHP file the code is coming from. If you view source on the page it's right after the comment tag "--END Customer Ship To--" and it's inside the tag div align="center".

Firefox only (I'm using FF 14.x)
Steps to duplicate issue:
1) http://testing.computerannexusa.com/
2) Add any product to cart
3) Go to cart
4) Click Checkout
5) Login:
Username - vmtester
Password - vmt3ster
6) PROBLEM: After you login the "Next" button is off to the right and half of it is cut off.
