Where to buy modules?

Is there a cart I tab that I can add to the top of my site to show the kart itself, how many items, and if clickable will go to the kart itself? I'm willing to pay monies, just point me in the right direction on the JED.

Also I'm looking for a feature table that looks good, is a lot less expensive than OSE's table which I believe is an insane $80 USD. I cant style a table to save my life or I'd just use RocketThemes.
