fixed freight charge per order

Hi all,
I've tried searching for an answer but no luck, I'm trying to apply a fixed price per order ($5.00) per order irespective of the size or weight of the order, how do I do this?
Appreciate any help.

Just go to Shop > shipment methods > click "New" and add a new shipment method using the standard 'VM Shipment by Weight, ZIP and Countries' method. Click on save and afterwards you can configure the details in the 'Configuration' tab.
