Edit Home page setting

Hi Team,
I want to edit the home page of virtuemart 2.0.

By default it shows
1. category 2. featured product 3. Latest Product 4. Top ten Products.
I can hide the above fields by changing the setting.

But how edit or add more fields?
1. i want to add products based on categories.
eg.
suppose i have two categories mobile and laptops and i wanna show 6 products of each category in home page.

----Mobile------------------------------
6 products
----more---------------------------

----Laptops------------------------
6 products
----more--------------------

something like above scenario.

Another query is hot change the "categories" tag from the homepage.
i commented the below but it din worked for me.
