Virtuemart does not show categories imported through PhpMyAdmin

Hi,

Please advise:

I created categories using csv import through PhpMyAdmin but when I go to Virtuemart administration, they're not there.
I installed CSV Improved and when I export them using this component they're correct.

Please advise what is wrong. Only the cdate and mdate are the same because I didn't know what to put there.
