How do I horizontally align payment methods on order thank you page?

Hello!
Please refer to my attached screen prints. First, there are no VM overrides in my template html folder! Second, I would like to horizontally align the payment method label with the payment method name (Standard Payment). Can someone please tell me what file contains that code?
