Can Someone Interpret This Error on Checkout?

Can someone please interpret the error message I am getting at the top of the screen on checkout? (See attached)

Using Virtuemart 2.0.10 on Joomla 2.5.6 site. I created a free shipping method and that is the only method available. The process seems to work as you can go all the way through checkout, but this error appears at the top of the page. I highlighted it so you can read it. What am I missing?
