Shoppin Cart Debug mode on?

I just downloaded version 2.0.8.  When logged in as admin user the cart displays the shipping (and tax?) evaluations as if it is in debug mode.  I tried to turn on debug, save, and then turn off, and save again, but not results.  Normal users don't see this but admin users do.

Same problem - seems to be ever since the last upgrade.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I just download 2.0.8a hoping this was fixed.  Nope!  :'(
