free shipping over an X amount at specific country

Hello, i am looking for a way in order to set a free shipping over a specific amount of $ only for orders that come from specific country. Anyone worked on something similar? eg: free shipping over $100 - US only.

I tried your shipvalue country module, but I did'nt found how to set a free shipping value... I tried to create a price range with not shipping fees, but it doesn't work...

If you can code I recommend using StandardShippingPaymentRestriction (you decide what method of payment can be used depending on the shipping method selected) and then change it slightly.

I use it and have changed it to add a surcharge depending on order value. The surcharge and order value are done in Virtuemart shipper config.
