New Currency

Hi all,
Im Emanuele and i try to do my own website for my company.2
my website sell pure gold bullion and i need to refresh the price every two minutes,
i have think to create 2 currencies, 1 for grams (In Italy we sell in grams, but its the same for the ounces) and if i have 1 bullion of 100grams, i put on product price "100"grams,
and another 1 for the value "€ per Grams" so as the site show the price like (100 x "€ per Grams")

But i have a problem the xml for normal currency its that:

And the gold price its that:

can you give me some advice on how to do?

I believe that I was not very clear,
Or better these days I'm trying to solve this problem but I see no way out.
I offer you my problem and I hope that together we can succeed in finding a solution.
I sell gold online, gold being quoted on the stock market price changes every second. I have an XML that I posted above that I get the gold price per gram.
I want to set as if they were 2 currencies (EURO AND GRAMS)
to set the price for products in grams. Example if I have a 100 gram bullion imposed as the price of 100. So you do not know if I can already do virtuemart, but I would like to see the price in 'that other currency (EURO per g) setting the rate of this latter aligned to the XML who gives me the quote.
That's what I thought I'd probably difficult.
If someone any idea on how I can accomplish this operation in this manner or in a different way more simple, please give me a hand are days that I work on and I do not know what to invent.
I humbly ask for help, I need to complete this task in the shortest possible time.
