module cart: update / delete from cart?

Does anyone know a way to update or delete directly from the mini cart module? I cannot seem to find the solution for it. While it is a great addition, visitors do not have to go to the cart page every time then.

I have the same problem!!
Whenever I add a product to cart, I have to refresh the page in order to view this product into my VM Shopping Cart module.
What is going wrong??
