Custom Field Checkboxes

Hi, am trying to add a custom field that is in the form of checkboxes. I need this so I can allow the customer to select 3 small plastic pieces out of the available 10 pieces that come with the purchase of the main product. I do not need a price on each selection, nor do I need a stock quantity on these. I just need to be able to do this on each of the 10 main products.

I am at a loss right now and have tried a number of different methods...none that have worked and of course this is an issue because the client changed paths and is now panicking...
