My site is: www.flowersbyrayonline.com/new

Add products to cart no problem, but in the checkout the prices dont show.

Using latest Joomla & Virtuemart.
(I have tested products that have no custom attributes and disabling the virtuemart theme im using neither seem to solve the problem).

Please help,
Nick

Which versions (J&VM) are you using? That looks like a commercial template where the VM template overrides have not been updated for the current VM version.
Check the update notes: http://virtuemart.net/index.php?option=com_content&id=416&tmpl=component

Hiya,
I had received your pm's. Just to answer you here so everyone else can see, my problem turned out to be a template over riding the cart pages with prices.
Try changing the template temporarily. If you still have the issue then its a vm problem, otherwise you need to go  back to the template vendor.

Same problem here, but in the final mail show all the prices...

Same issue here. I changed the  template to the standard Joomla template and the standard VM template, but they still aren't showing up.

All cases of this that I have looked at have been due to template overrides in commercial Joomla templates either not being updated for the VM version, or in the last one I looked at the overrides were for the last version of VM (2.0.12f) and not for the 2.0.4 the guy was still using.

So check using Beez5 template, remembering to clear your browser & Joomla 2.5 caches.

robert, you should really be on 2.0.14 by now (test upgrade on a backup copy).

Hello jenkinhill...

I've tried upgrading via the admin area to the latest version - but it keeps error'ing out.  Not sure why

Also been looking for the instructions to manually upgrade, but I have not found any clear instructions that I feel safe with. I've downloaded the 2.0.14 files and looked for README files to help figure out the upgrade but there aren't any.

I dont want to break anything

See http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=109581.msg367512#msg367512  in other words you follow http://dev.virtuemart.net/projects/virtuemart/wiki/Installation_of_VirtueMart_2_with_provided_packages

Updating like this does not delete you existing product data etc - but as ever, test on a backup copy first.

You can then look at updating your template overrides. Live update info for each upgrade lists the output changes that you may need to act on - start at http://virtuemart.net/index.php?option=com_content&id=416  with links to earlier updates at the bottom of the page.

If using a commercial template/override system then the template supplier should provide updated override files.  I assume you are using Joomla 2.5

Thanks for the info, I'll look through your suggestions.

I am using J 1.5.26 - and a commercial template that I will likely have to override myself since I am no longer a paid subscriber to the service I bought it from.

there is somewhere conflict on jquery, thats why its not showing prices in checkout.
If you change the template to beez or another it may work.

can u send me your template , i will check and fix it.
