[SOLVED] Invoice Image

Hi All, my final question for today! (hopefully)

When my order confirmations get sent out to customers, they logo in the top left is missing, it just shows as a placeholder.

I am using VM 2 and Joomla 2.5. Can you tell me how I can add an image to this?

Oh, I had the same problem, because my webserver doesn't allow picture-download at all.
Try to put a vendor image as a link to as http://examle.com/picture/pic_example.gif or so at your vendor configuration (VM). Then the customer's mail client can download the image from this server. The URL of the image must be accessible from outside!
Or maybe it works with your provider: e.g. with the link:  images/stories/virtuemart/vendor/your_pic_example.gif  ; example of mine - see attachment.

Hi Thomas,

Sorry to sound dense, I can't see where I can edit Vendor information in VM 2.

The only reference I can easily see is to the Vendor Media URL under the "Media File Settings" which is found in "Configuration > Templates"

Could you tell me where I can find that link you mention?

components -> virtuemart -> shop -> vendor
There is the "vendor information" with the image, and there you can upload an image.

Go into the Shop twice! - then there is a tab named "vendor"
