Remove 'Standard Shipping'

My apologies if this has already been covered as I am probably missing something silly and simple, however as i am new to Virtuemart, please be kind :-P

I cannot seem to find how to 'shut off' the 'standard shipping' values...
i have added a shipper, and a couple rates, and those do display however, just above those shipping options i have just entered, an option for 'standard shipping - $12.00' is displayed - see the attached image

can someone please help me remove this.

Well thats a new record... I already managed to find the answer, it never occurred to me to open up the admin config page instead of the shipping config page... Silly me
