How to start developing custom VirtueMart 3 plugin

Hi

I would like to develop a custom virtuemart plugin and am looking for some documentation or tutorial but can't find any for VM3. Only some for VM2.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

just use the bundled ones as a guide text-input and specification

search the install for triggers that u can use
