Zero dollar order still prompts for credit card

I have a coupon code set up to offer 100% off the order.  The cart shows up as $0.00 but when I get to the check out it is still prompting me to enter a credit card.  I am using VM 2.0.6. Anyone know a way around this?

I am experiencing this issue as well. Is this already being worked on or should I fix the issue and create a patch?
