Show all products per category using AJAX

I would like to showcase all my products, say "tshirts" category in one page. So if my potential client clicks on "tshirts" link, he/she should be shown all the tshirts.

There are a few tutorials to make this work but if i have over 500 tshirts, i can't expect everything to show up in one page for various reasons and therefore would like to showcase it using ajax which would load as the user scrolls down like

Can anyone help me on this? I'll be using joomla 2.5 and virtuemart 2 (latest, i believe) and will be integrating with paypal.

Also, how long does it take to setup and integrate paypal with virtuemart?
