its not that easy,       anyone bidding would need to know your site customizations and have a list of any components, modules and plugins in use,    all of them would need to be available for 2.5

and your template, if not available, would need to be made from scratch

Sorry, but I dont really know what components, modules or plugins my website uses.
I have no idea about websites structure.
 I need a seo friendly website with new template. You can you use your own
components, modules etc. if possible.  but i want the same urls
in products.

TheodoratosDim - How many products do you have in your database? 
Are you looking for someone to migrate products and images over to VM2?
Are you taking payment online or calculating shipping costs, or is this just a product catalog? 
I would highly recommend not just upgrading to VM 2 but also to Joomla 2.5+.

Please provide more details if possible.
