missing mod_virtuemart_allinone

There isn't any payment methode or plugin in the new vm installation.. can you help me in payment methods I get the message that: mod_virtuemart_allinone is missing and I should download it from: http://dev.virtuemart.net/projects/VirtueMart/files but there isn't any module

There is no such thing as mod_virtuemart_allinone in VirtueMart 2 - for installation instructions see http://dev.virtuemart.net/projects/virtuemart/wiki/Installation_of_VirtueMart_2_with_provided_packages or look at the VirtueMart 2.0 30-Minute Quick Start Guide

I do have the same warning, and I am using VM 2.0.12f in Joomla 2.5.7.
I get this warning because I want to set minimum order and shipping cost
If there is no such module

1. Why does VM give this warning?
2. What do I have to do to setup minimum order and shipping cost?
