register user can see discount price

I want register user can see discount for all product.  Is it available? any plugin?

If price is 100, check out as guest is 100.  if register or login get 90.

Make a Tax & Calculation Rule for your discount, and in the Shopper Groups box set it to Default group. Then it will only show/apply when logged in.
