Send html email to customers at 'ask a question about this product'

Hi there,

Is it possible to send the same email (when customers hit 'ask a question about this product') to this customer as the one that's delivered to the shop owner.
The shop owner gets the nice html mail with product image, while the customer gets a plain text mail

Anyone with a possible solution?
