How to add reviews to my products?

I am using VM 2 on Joomla 2.5 - I have added a lot of products, for which I have testimonials. I would like to add these as product reviews - but there is no "New" button in the Product "Reviews and Rating" section of Admin - so how can I do this?

Product reviews should be added from the frontend, you can then edit the text in the BE. But each user can only write one review per product, so you I think would have to add them through phpMyAdmin direct into the database. Maybe at some stage someone will write a plugin to this, but you seem to be the only person to request it so far.

I have the same issue. I'd like to populate some reviews of our products from our old website. There has to be an easier way than having to go into the BE with phpmyadmin. The current plugin by virtuemart does not support the latest version of virtuemart.

I would also like to add some review info that has been emailed to us.

Adding reviews via the frontend assigns a username to the review that is logged in, I would like to be able to assign the review to a user

Any solution for this? We would like to add reviews to products from the backend/admin area.
