PayPal Pro from Bigfoot Extensions

I've been using PayPal legacy for a while now and now I'd like to add PayPal Pro to take credit card information directly on my site.  There are some good reviews for the PayPal Pro extension by Bigfoot Extensions, but they don't respond to any pre-sales emails on their site.  I've also noticed complaints regarding people getting the products they've paid for downloaded.  What has been you experience with this extension and company?

I heard that the guy was ill - that could explain the lack of response. We had no bad reports before the fast 3-4 weeks.

It's a shame.  Looks like the extension has been pulled and the website is gone.

You shall purchase paypal pro extension recenlty listed for sales at joomlacache.com , i have purchased this plugin for vm2.0 and it works fine ,they do provide us a good support

We made the purchase on their website, and then could not download the extension. It has been several days with no response from their support team, and their contact page is down.
