Multiple Prices for one product

I am trying to figure out how to have multiple prices show for a single product depending on what they would like.  I have attached a example.jpg to this posting in hopes that someone might be able to help me with this.   The example comes from another site that does not use VirtuMart or Joomla, I am currently running the updated versions for Joomla and VirtuMart for the site I am setting up.

I have tried this and it has not worked for me, not sure what I am doing wrong.  Can someone help please.

Neither do I.
I bought a plug-in here: http://extensions.virtuemart.net/extensions-virtuemart-2/quantity-related-calculation-detail
This plug-in is supposedly capable of managing multiple prices for the same product.
Unfortunatly, I have no documentation and after installing it, I was not able to use it.
